No. Elite is a web application, accessible through browser. This means that you can access it through any web-enabled device.

4How Elite is different from other School Management Software?

Elite can be used by any institution, including; Nursery, Primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. It is a robust and cost-effective ERP Solution that delivers centralized school management solution, and, provides rich features that meet the needs of your institution.

5Will our data remain safe and secure in Elite?

All historical data is kept, and none is deleted. All assigned instructors and users have access to only the data they are privileged to view and/or retrieve.

6Do you offer support services?

Our technical support can assist you with any technical problems you may face. Support is provided throughout the week by email (support@traisoft.com), by phone as well as live chat anytime during weekdays. This is, absolutely, free of charge. We can also visit your institution (School/College/University) as a request.

7Can report be exported in PDF or Excel format?

Yes. Reports are exported in PDF, Excel, CSV or any other custom formats, depending on request.

8What is the preferred mode of payment in using Elite?

we accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, or pay stack, and any other agreed mode processing fees will apply

Yes. Student information are kept over the years and can be easily accessible. You can see the history of a student from the day they were admitted, even after leaving the school, until their data is no longer needed and deleted.

We support all recent browsers of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Edge and others.

15I am a parent. Can I use Elite?

Yes. Parents have their own self portal and can view their wards assignments, performances, and receive messages from teachers concerning their wards.

16Do I have to sign up for a specific term?

Elite subscriptions are done at the end of a term or semester of use.

17Is it possible to export data from Elite?

Yes. data are exported in PDF, Excel, CSV or any other custom formats, depending on request

18Is import of Existing data possible into Elite?

Yes. This is done through our robust data import feature.
